SYNOPSIS
Box 13 is the story of an old building perched on the hills of Aix-en-Provence.
An old sheepfold, a hunting lodge, then, in the 1940s, a revolutionary factory for strapping adaptable barrels.
Built with the strength of men and mules on a steep slope, it is an imposing industrial building and a Provencal bastide. With an unobstructed view of the city below, the house has remained frozen in the 80s, when the former owners still lived there.
Abandoned for several years, it became the object of covetousness during a stormy succession and was put up for sale. A Parisian event creator decided to give new life to this former strapping factory and the apartment above it.
